get to that ultimate reward – a live show!

Students can take part in individual one-on-one classes, small group rehearsals, and full band practices. Students of all musical skill levels are welcome and will grow as they are challenged to reach new heights and expand their playing skills.

There is a sense of team and friendship within these bands!
Our young musicians learn to work together and help each other grow creatively.

Stage Ready Band Program  (90 minutes - once per week)  Stage Ready students will master the basics while playing popular music, and begin practicing performance songs to prepare for live shows. Songs in Stage Ready are chosen to highlight the skills needed to build a strong foundation on a respective student’s musical instrument. Students will receive instruction in basic techniques, music theory, and the dynamics of playing in a group. Once per year, the band will attend a recording studio session to record songs from their setlist. Performances at area festivals and events are a part of this program.

Musical Theatre Classes (90 minutes - once per week)  Find your inner Broadway star as we help you learn how to use your voice and actions to give the best performance possible. It starts with a strong focus on technique!  Our teachers will show students how to keep their voice healthy and the importance of a good warm-up while working on stage movement and basic acting skills.   This class is taught by nationally recognized NATS competitor Meredith Jones. To learn more about Meredith scroll down to our instructor section.

Learn proper breathing techniques and warm-ups, rhythm training, sight singing, and music theory.  This small group also works on acapella songs for performances at area events.  These group lessons allow singers to work on their ear training and overall musicality.

Private Lessons (30 minutes - once per week) Have one-on-one time with a professional musician and receive specific tips and tricks to help the student further their talent.

Young Rockers  - designed for kids who know the basics of how to play their instrument and need just a little more instruction or practice to be ready to take it to the stage. This program introduces the team element into music instruction. Students will learn harmonies, musicianship and how to perform in an authentic rock show environment. Each season, students spend time honing their music skills while preparing to perform great music.
